GOV.UK provides a postcode search for accredited energy assessors in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. It is the appropriate starting point when you need a new domestic EPC.
Search results can include assessors serving an area, but availability, property type, price and appointment terms still need to be confirmed directly.
Verify before the appointment
Check that the assessor is listed for domestic work and that the details you are using match the official entry. Ask what access and evidence will be needed, what the quoted service includes, and how cancellation or access problems are handled.
Nottingham EPC will not publish an accreditation number, scheme membership or booking claim until the business owner has supplied evidence and approved it for publication.
