Current website behaviour
The website does not currently submit enquiry information, create user accounts, use advertising trackers or store the enquiry, portfolio, reminder or assessment-date planner contents. Planner state exists only in the open browser page unless the user chooses to copy it or download a local CSV or calendar file.
Downloaded CSV and calendar files are created in the browser and are then controlled by the user and their device or calendar application. Nottingham EPC does not receive those files, dates or property references. Calendar files are reminders or tentative date holds, not appointment confirmations.
The optional install prompt stores only the date when it was dismissed, so it does not reappear for 14 days. If the site is installed, the browser may cache same-origin pages and assets on the device for offline use. No name, address, property detail or account identifier is stored for this feature.
Basic server access logs may be produced by the eventual hosting environment. The hosting provider, retention and access arrangements require owner confirmation before deployment.
Before online enquiries open
The business owner must confirm the data controller identity, contact details, purposes, lawful bases, processors, retention, deletion, security and individual-rights process. The public form must then match those real practices.
The form must not invite key-safe codes, alarm information, identity documents, income/benefit evidence, payment-card data, health information or unnecessary tenant details.

A verified privacy contact is not yet available. This page must be updated before the website collects personal data. General information about data-protection rights is available from the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
This page is accurate for the current unconnected pre-launch build. It must be reconciled with the real business, hosting and data flows before deployment.
